 We don't sell over the internet as we have been ripped off to many times,

however we do ship to all locations and we prefer to talk personally to all of our customers

 Goods are shipped from 4 convenient locations (QLD, NSW, VIC, WA)

 Deliveries are prompt (3-7 working days depending on location) (subject to stock availability)
 All goods are delivered to your door by subsidised courier service or by registered insured mail.

We like to keep our customers up to date on new products from time to time so if you have bought through Ozistores in the past we will send you the occasional email on new products. If you don't wish to participate then just let us know. Believe me I know what it is like to get stuff you don't want.

Ozistores is committed to reducing the amount of fraud it faces. Our policy is that we will prosecute any cases of fraud that we identify. As a first time customer, you may receive a telephone call or email requesting more information/proof to confirm the details that you have supplied to us. All new products that are sold by Ozistores are covered by the manufacturers warrantee. All manufacturers have services centres set up to help you with your warrantee issues, if you need to have you purchase looked at under warrantee then contact the manufacturer for the closest services centre to you.
